About the Event

The 2022 legislative session was an exciting one for Colorado renters and mobile homeowners! During this presentation, Colorado Poverty Law Project staff attorney, Jack Regenbogen, will discuss the policy and legal changes that will affect tenants and mobile home park residents, including new laws to prevent housing discrimination, strengthen access to free legal aid, and improve protections for mobile home park residents. He will also discuss the unprecedented allocation of new funding that the State of Colorado has dedicated to support affordable housing, and he will provide some commentary on the direction of future efforts to bolster housing security for tenants. This seminar is free and open to lawyers, legislators, policy advocates, neighborhood representatives, community organizers, case workers, health professionals, and anyone else involved or interested in these issues. For lawyers, the seminar has been submitted for 1.0 general Colorado CLE credit.
