About the Event

During this presentation, Colorado Poverty Law Project Deputy Executive Director, Jack Regenbogen, will discuss the policy and

legal changes that will affect tenants, including new laws to bolster the health and safety of rental housing, eliminate court fees for renters defending against an eviction, protect tenants from arbitrary lease non-renewals, and more. 

This seminar is free and open to lawyers, legislators, policy advocates, neighborhood representatives, community organizers, case workers, health professionals, and anyone else involved or interested in these issues. For lawyers, the seminar will be submitted for 2.0 general Colorado CLE credits.
